"Curb Your Parmesan"

Knives

Must be unwrapped, cleaned and put away in one of the knife racks (do NOT leave knives on top of the table).

Dry Goods

Bus tubs returning from parties should be separated into dry goods and cold goods. Dry goods are returned to one of these red bins, which are located right by the double doors between the kitchen and warehouse. Cold goods should NOT be placed in dry storage. Kitchen equipment should NOT be placed in dry storage.

Cold Goods

Cold goods should be stored in the produce cooler on the tram labeled for returning goods. Dry goods should NOT be placed in cold storage. Kitchen equipment should NOT be placed in cold storage.

Kitchen Equipment

Pots, Pans, Kitchen Utensils, etc. should all be cleaned and returned to their appropriate spots in the kitchen. If you're unsure where to put an item away, ask a more senior employee!

Any towels coming back from parties should be placed in one of the bins labeled "dirty towels". Microfiber cloths can be placed in the "dirty microfiber" bin. Make sure not to dump any knives wrapped in towels into the dirty towels bin (this happens more frequently than one might think).
